This month's selection is Lost in Shangri-la by Mitchell Zuckoff, the exhilarating story of a World War II rescue mission, where a plane crash in the South Pacific plunged a trio of U.S. military personnel into the jungle-clad land of New Guinea.

Pick up a copy of the book at the Senior Center front desk. If you borrow a book from the Senior Center and finish before the discussion, please return the book so that others may borrow. On the meeting date, bring any copies to the meeting to return.

The Senior Center Book Groups meets every month on the third Friday in the Laurel Room at the Sunnyvale Senior Center. You do not have to be a member of the Senior Center nor the Sunnyvale Public Library to take part.
