Teen Spotlight is a mentorship program for teens who want to present at the Library. You will work with a librarian to create, promote and present your idea.

We expect you to honor the program values:

• Communication: Be responsive to emails, ask questions when they arise and ensure clarity.
• Intentionality: Plan with purpose, consider the possibilities and make decisions with care.
• Ownership: Take the lead, ask for and accept support and keep track of schedules.
• Reflection: Review your work, share feedback and stay open to new ideas.
